Our Commitment to Transparency

The Local Government Transparency Code 2015, placed more power into citizens’ hands to increase democratic accountability.  Transparency gives local people the tools and information they need to hold public bodies to account.

Following a complaint from a member of the public against David Roache, Chair of Tysoe Parish Council. In order to comply with the Local Government Transparency Code of 2015 please see below the documentation concerning the complaint and the response from the Deputy Monitoring Office in answer to it.
